WEach person is different, which is why we provide a personalised support plan tailored to your individual needs.

We want to help people live independently and give them the support to live their life, the way they want. Each of our assistants are friendly, approachable but most importantly caring and compassionate. We love been around people and love making a difference.

We believe in delivering a personalised service and feel that our service users thrive the most when they are able to build up a trusting relationship with their assistant or dedicated team of assistant's.

Trust and consistency are the foundations of our service.

We are strong believers in the need to reform care with a focus on specific care need and rehabilitation in mind. This is the reason why we have built our Focus Teams.

By having specific teams we can also ensure that the staff we use within the related packages have specific specialist training and experience and therefore enhance the usefulness and the qualitative experience of the service provided.

These teams are as follows:

Mental Health Team.

A lot of people who have some kind of disability may also, by the very nature of living with a disability, have mental health issues. Within our regions we are one of, if not the only, company who will and can work with physical and mental health issues. All staff within this team are trained to work with both.

Young Disabilities.

A younger persons care will frequently look very different to an older persons. This team is ‘person-centred’ care at its best. We often look at integration into the community with all service users and with this team the social aspect may look different. We assist with many aspects of daily living which may also include education and job searching.

Rehabilitation and Enablement Team.

This team focusses on assisting in regaining independence after a sudden illness or sudden change in circumstances. Our goal is to ensure that care is only required in the short term but may also be used to sign-post to longer term care if required.

Palliative Care Team (End of Life).

Staff deliver a FastTrack service with emphasis on quality of life for the service user and their family and loved ones.
