I currently use a care agency but I am unhappy with the service I am getting. What can I do?

In this situation, even if your current agency was matched through your local council, you can change over in as little as one week. If you feel you have been let down too many times or fed up with seeing a new face each visit, you can take back control.

Each of our assistant’s are trained to a professional standard and thoroughly vetted. We believe that the standard of care we deliver should pass ‘the mum test’ (care you would be happy for your mum to receive) and we aim to be a welcome extension to your life and family. We will never leave you without care and will try and ensure the same assistant is available each visit, so you are able to build up that trusting relationship. You matter, and you matter to us! How do I access your service?

Simply get in touch with us, we would be more than happy to discuss any questions you may have. You may also be entitled to financial help from your local authority to help pay for your care needs. We also work with self funder's and those who receive direct payments.
